CurbNudge processes customer account identity, organization and community settings, billing references, resident phone numbers, optional resident names or unit details, consent evidence, message content, delivery activity, inbound commands, usage records, and security logs.

How information is used
Information is used to operate the reminder service, verify authorization, maintain consent and opt-out records, send requested messages, meter usage, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain security, and satisfy legal obligations.

Mobile information
Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information only as needed to deliver CurbNudge services.

Service providers
CurbNudge may use infrastructure, authentication, messaging, payment, email, monitoring, and support providers. Provider access is limited to the service being performed and governed by applicable agreements.

Retention and deletion
Account, community, message, consent, audit, and billing records are retained for operational, security, dispute, and legal needs. Authorized customers may request exports or deletion, subject to records that must be retained.

Resident choices
Residents can reply STOP to suppress future messages, reply HELP for assistance, or use the CurbNudge contact form for a privacy request. Opt-out evidence may be retained to honor the suppression.

Security and contact
CurbNudge uses access controls, tenant checks, encryption in transit, secret separation, audit records, and data minimization. No system can guarantee absolute security. Privacy and security questions can be sent through the CurbNudge contact page.
