Consent and frequency
Messages are sent only after an opt-in request and required confirmation. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on community schedules, selected services, and limited service updates.

Rates and carrier delivery
Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. CurbNudge cannot guarantee carrier delivery.

STOP, START, YES, and HELP
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply START to request re-enrollment, which may require renewed confirmation. Reply YES when CurbNudge asks you to confirm an opt-in. Reply HELP for assistance.

Messages identify CurbNudge and the applicable community. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing. See the CurbNudge Privacy Policy for details.
