Effective July 29, 2026. These terms are a launch draft and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before paid service begins.
CurbNudge provides software for routine trash, recycling, yard-waste, bulk-pickup, and limited community service reminders. CurbNudge does not collect waste, set official hauler schedules, provide emergency notification, or act as a government agency.
Customers must provide accurate schedules, use authorized community data, maintain adequate resident consent, honor applicable laws and provider policies, restrict staff access, and review message content before approval.
Customers may not send unlawful, deceptive, threatening, discriminatory, emergency, high-risk, or general-purpose marketing content. CurbNudge may suspend messaging to protect residents, providers, the platform, or the public.
Plan limits apply to communities, verified contacts, SMS segments, and custom announcements. Usage is measured in message segments. Overage charges require a disclosed and accepted account policy.
The service is designed for reliable routine reminders, but delivery timing and carrier acceptance cannot be guaranteed. Customers remain responsible for official schedule communication and should maintain other channels.
Accounts may be canceled under the selected billing terms or suspended for abuse, nonpayment, security risk, or legal requirements. Export and deletion requests are subject to retention obligations.
